Touga Kiryuu, president of the student council, is
a very strange fellow indeed. Seeming to be with a new girl everytime you look around, he has a reputation of being promiscuous
around campus. But when he sees Utena, he falls for her, and begins to pursue her. He tells her he's her long lost prince,
but she doesn't believe him. She rejects him, and he becomes the henchman to Akio Otori.
