Miki Karou is the youngest member on the Student Council,
and the smartest. Often seen with his stopwatch in hand, and always timing random amounts of time, he is an interesting character.
Although regarded as cute by most of the girls at Ohtori, he won't date anyone. The reason for this is the unstable relationship
